Surveyors beware

Any of us who work in consumer research should be acutely aware of this sort of research. I’m always amazed at how numbers take on a life of their own once they’re put into Power Point. Sometimes, it’s worth taking a hard look at the source of those numbers and considering whether or not they should be trusted before you start making decisions.
